Job Description
Our client is a global leading cloud service provider serving well known global 500 multi national corporation across Asia, Europe and America now inviting CLOUD SOLUTION ARCHITECT to join their Asia Pacific team
The Role
You will provide technical designing advice to both new and existing customers in new sales opportunities which fit the defined technical and budgetary requirements and constraints. You will be working alongside PreSales Solution Engineers, Business Development, Key Account Development, Service Delivery Manager and Global Technology Support team.
As Cloud Solution Architect / Subject Matter Expert you will be leading and mentoring junior members of PreSales on client engagement and consultancy opportunities
Job Responsibilities
- Consulting with both potential and existing customers
- Leading exploratory conversation via phone or face to face with customers
- Leading the technical interests in large bids that will include content writing
- Owning a specific technology area and becoming the Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- Responsible for architect complex solution and handing over to implementation
- Responsible for adhering to company security policies and procedure as directed
Technical Requirements
- Cloud both Private and Public - AWS, Aliyun, Azure, Google PZV, GCP, OpenStack, Docker, VMWare
- LINUX Red Hat / SUSE
- Database - NoSQL, MS SQL, Oracle
- Web Application development and the infrastructure needed to support
- Automation monitoring tools
- Disaster Recovery
- Security: PIA PIM DLP OWASP SIEM
- Visualization (vSphere; VM Ware; MS Hyper)
