Act as the “process ninja” within the Policy Admin and/or Claims team and help drive continuous process improvements (with clear tangible benefits!) through process redesign and automation of manual tasks. Be part of a regional BPR & Robotics Community of Practice and help spread process best practices and automation through Robotics throughout QBE’s businesses in Asia.
Responsibilities

Analyze current Claims and/or Policy Admin processes and identify opportunities for efficiency gains

Re-engineer/redesign processes where applicable and help drive implementation of revised processes

Configure ‘robots’ to automate identified relevant processes (Robotics Process Automation)

Maintain ‘robots’ to ensure continued efficiency benefits and alignment with overall Operating Model

Participate in Robotics Community of Practice and implement various process ‘best practices’ and robots across the QBE business in Asia
Requirements
-
Prior hands-on experience with Policy Admin and/or Claims processes; thorough understanding of these Claims processes
-
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or related disciplines

Prior experience as a developer; RPA tools like Pega Robotics/Openspan, blue prism etc, preferably in financial domain.

Strong programming skills in SQL, .net, java development, Scrum master, C/C++, Golang, Python

Good prior knowledge about real robotic systems, in the field of localization, mapping, and loop closure

Good understanding of Assisted vs Unassisted Robotics Implementations

Familiar with development tools for source code control, unit testing, automated build, test, and deployment

Able to work independently with good analytical skills

Strong communication skills
