The Senior UX designer should be responsible to develop and maintain the UX guideline for NMG projects, take ownership of the UX of all the key projects, and advocate the UX importance in the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of user interface and user experience design solutions.
• Design leadership. Leading junior UI/UX designers through visual design stages from concept through to final hand-off to engineering.
• Develop new application concepts and UX prototypes for presentation to management.
• Participate and lead design workshops with our customers.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and sitemaps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Lead user testing and aid in UI/UX bug fixing.
• Research and develop new user interface ideas.
• Maintain good communication and create with Clients to ensure project delivery.
• Take a lead to be a project manager that makes sure the project will be delivered on time and up to the company quality standard

Requirements

• Expert understanding of the limitations of web and mobile, with approaches/ideas to flex those boundaries.
• Candidate must absolutely be in sync with recent design standards and trends.
• Good eye for aesthetics: layout, grid systems, color theory and typography.
• A keen sense of craft and you care about the details.
• You value collaboration, meaning you thrive working through problems together.
• Flexible, multi-tasking, and able to deal with ambiguity and changes
• Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism
• Highly proficient in Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Invision, and Axure
• Knowledge in HTML5, XML, CSS, JavaScript will definitely be an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English
