Job Description
Accountabilities – Key Result Areas
- Work with cross-functional teams to propose, evaluate, and prioritize product features to shape the development roadmap of e-Commerce platform
- Write and deliver product requirement documents for internal stakeholders
- Guide technical integration of existing products with e-commerce platform
- Triage & prioritize bugs, change requests, work items, & investigation requests
- Coordinate rapid, smooth, and successfully iterative product launches in close collaboration with Vendors, Internal Engineers and Marketing
Experience / Qualification Requirements
- 4+ years’ online product management or product design experience, e-Commerce platform management experience is a big plus
- Hands-on technical skills on API testing and Web development
- Strong communicator, both verbal and written, proven ability to coordinate different teams of Vendors, Internal Engineers and Marketing
- Fast leaner for complicated online and offline retail business
- Strong written and verbal language in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- BA/BS Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience
- Fresh graduates will also be considered for a junior role as Assistant Business Analyst
