Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- 2-year contract working for a Government department (5-day week)
- Provide day-to-day support services to user workstations and network equipment
- Carry out SW and HW installation in workstations and servers including setup, maintenance, performing and monitoring back up jobs etc.
- Provide trouble-shooting, investigations, customization and configuration for servers and PCs
- Develop and upkeep guidelines, briefing notes, training materials for various computer systems
- Interact and follow up with vendors for maintenance and fault reported for any PC, applications, software and backbone equipment until case completed
- Maintain the inventory record of all IT assests
- Conduct quality control and quality assurance of support services rendered
Job Requirements:
IT Experience
- At least 2 years hands-on experience on server-side support and installation covering :
- Microsoft Active Directory 2012/2016
- Lotus Domino 9 or above Mail System
- Microsoft SharePoint
- Secure Office Automation Networking (e.g. H3C/Ruijie Router and Switch, Fotinet UTM Firewall)
- Ironport Anti-spam Mail Gateway
- VMWare ESX Server
- Enterprise-grade SAN Storage
Academic & Professional Qualifications
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or equivalent
- Possess one or more of the following certifications :
- Microsoft SharePoint Server 2013
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert Productivity (2018)
- Microsoft Outlook-related
- Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer 2016 or above
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) / Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
