Job Description

Job Responsibilities 

  • Work closely with Senior Sales & Marketing Manager to drive the leads in accord to the company business objectives and specific physical store porfolio
  • Assist with development and enhancement of digital medium/platforms including website, CRM, social media portals, CMS, interactive tools and online campaigns.
  • Liaise with agencies to implement corporate and lead generation events
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns and drip campaigns through the marketing automation platform
  • Initiate, research and explore new innovations and solutions to improve user experience and performance
  • Support daily digital marketing & operational tasks

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder with major in Business, IT, Computer Science or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years experiences in product development and project management, preferably from digital agency or media industry
  • Good knowledge in digital product development, website management, UX design, digital campaign, web analytics, web programming are preferred
  • Solid project experiences in social media, website, CMS, CRM and interactive products is an advantage
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of the work, a good team player, resourceful, independent, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
