Responsibilities:

• Design and develop and support Web and Mobile application systems
• Liaise with all level of users for gathering and consolidating user requirements
• Manage system vendors and service providers to ensure that the project deliverables meet requirements and service levels
• Ensure that system deliverables (in-house and outsourced) meet schedule and budget as well as fulfill organization service needs and standards and security requirements.
• Coordinate with internal users on the user acceptance test and implementation
• Conduct training for internal user and maintain system documentation
• Perform ad hoc IT tasks as requested

Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent with minimum 5 years’ experience in software development and application support
• Experience in .NET, C#, JavaScript, Java, PHP and Linux
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server and mySQL
• Knowledge of phone system and skills in project management will be definitely an advantage
• Possession of skills in BI tools will also be an advantaged
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Able to work independently and be a team player
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and eager to learn
• Able to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure within tight schedule
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
