Job Scope:

• Provide high quality overall infrastructure service to the Office
• Act as the primary contact point for the overall infrastructure and application support
• Provide priority troubleshooting and escalate to corresponding team according to the IT SLA
• Work closely with infrastructure team in resolving complex technical issues at a good client-servicing manner.

Requirement:

• Degree holder in information technology, computer science or other related disciplines
• 1+ years of experience working as a technical support, deskside engineer, or other relevant roles
• Candidates must have experienced working in a financial environment previously
• Solid understanding in but not limited to MS OS, Servers, Active Directory, Exchange Mail Server, SCCM, Office Applications, Exchange, Outlook, desktop support, basic network, etc.
• Possess good team spirit and able to work independently with a positive & problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese
