Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To follow up renewal policies with premium up to the pre-defined limit
  • Cross sell other general insurance products during renewal
  • Handle general enquiries for simple general insurance products

 Requirements:

  • Post-secondary Education;
  • Minimum 2 years’ call centre experience, with experience in customer services and general insurance products preferred
  • Strong customer service orientation, with good interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
  • Strong self-motivation, with ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Knowledge in Commercial Lines products and handling policy renewal is a definite advantage
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
