Responsibilities:

• Support in various underwriting function including portfolio management, risk assessment, reinsurance negotiation with assigned authority for new and renewal businesses;
• Assist the account executive in handling administrative work;
• Review existing procedures and suggest feasible ways to enhance efficiency;
• Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing and report;
• Prepare monthly reinsurance reports and other ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in Statistics, Insurance or any related discipline;
• 2-3 year of relevant working experience in performing document management including scanning & indexing, document delivery, photocopying, word processing, filing & record keeping and other ad hoc projects;
• Detail-oriented, hardworking & willing to learn;
• Self-motivated & able to work under pressure;
• Proficient in PC skills, especially in Chinese WP & Excel;
• Familiar with AS400 system will be an advantage.
