Job Description

Major Responsibilities:

  • Handle policy documents for both new & renewal cases within the Company standard and service turnaround time;
  • Perform application data capture, binding and dispatch policy documents to distributors and customers;
  • Sort and dispatch in-coming/outgoing document;
  • Communicate with all other areas of the Company and clients relating to matters such as policy issuance, premium notices, change of particulars etc;
  • Tackle system problems by communicating with IT support;
  • Provide clerical support to policy services related operation such as filling and mailing of policy documents;
  • Handle general inquiry.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum F.5 or above;
  • Preferably 2 years prior experience in policy administration;
  • Basic insurance product and policy administration knowledge;
  • Good customer servicing skills;
  • Initiatives and willing to learn, able to attend to details;
  • Good team work and supportive attitude;
  • Data entry skills including Chinese typing;
  • Good written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Good PC skills, Word and Excel a must.
