Responsibilities:

• Support testing team to develop and conduct User Acceptance Tests for new life policy administration and customer portal systems transformation
• Understand the system logic, business workflows, requirements and impact assessment of different groups of system users and stakeholders
• Plan and conduct User Acceptance Tests and work with system vendor to rectify unsuccessful test results
• Provide regular User Acceptance Tests status update and highlighting the risk and issue.
• Support post-implementation tasks such as user training, production problem investigation, escalation and resolution

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification or above preferred
• Prior experience with design and/or conduct of User Acceptance Tests for systems, preferably in Financial or Insurance institutions
• Good communication skills, able to work with diverse stakeholders, self-driven learner and analytical
• Sound knowledge in insurance with digital project experience preferred
• Able to work both independently and as a team in a fast paced environment
