Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle the assigned accounts within his/her authority in pursuant with Underwriting Guideline
- Contribute to the sales target via effective underwriting and handling quotation request
- Assist in formulate business support plan to drive activity and productivity of business partners (including agents, brokers and direct clients)
- Maintain excellent relationship with different business partners and acquire market intelligence on business and customer’s needs
- Monitor and report business partners’ productivity and prepare performance analysis report for management review
- Handle incoming enquiry on underwriting, product knowledge and policy administration
- Provide efficient and effective administrative support to the team.
Requirements
- Good interpersonal, communication skill and keen to build a new career
- Preferably 1 to 2 years’ experience working in general insurance industry; graduate in risk management or insurance aspect with no relevant working experience will also be considered as Executive Trainee
- Professional insurance qualification or having passed IIQE Paper I & II is an advantage
- Professional qualification of ACII or ANZIIF is an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency to Microsoft Office applications
