Job duties職責:

• Operations leadership and management of the team, including training, staff roster, stocks and budget control
• 具有領導和管理團隊的營運能力，包括培訓，員工值勤表，存貨和控制預算
• Customer service leadership and establishment of a high-level, pro-active and friendly service
• 擁有客戶服務的領導能力，建立高水準，積極和友好的服務

Requirement要求:

• Excellent communication skills in Cantonese and Mandarine；English is a plus
• 良好的粤語和普通語溝通技巧, 簡单英文溝通
• At least 10 years working experience with proven track records in food & beverage industry; experience in Chinese food is a plus
• 至少10年餐飲工作經驗, 中餐經驗優先
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong initiatives to interact with customers and staff
• 優秀的人際關係溝通技巧，主動與客戶和員工互動
• Ability to fully operate the POS system and prepare daily reports
• 能完全操作POS系統，並準備每日的報告
• Experience with central kitchen is a plus
• 有中央廚房經历更佳
  

Salary at 26000 HKD or above, plus quarterly and year-end bonus (per your performance)
