Our client is an international luxury retail brand. To cope with their further expansion, they are looking for a business leader for retail business in Asia Pacific region:

• Global luxury retail fashion brand
  
• Leadership role for Asia Pacific markets
• Drive retail sales for business growth

Job Responsibilities:

• Support President to oversee regional retail business
• Responsible to manage country's retail sales and strategies to drive sales for meeting business targets
• Work with HQ and align with global events / promotions as to push up regional retail sales
• Regular fine tune on retail operation flow as to further improve the retail excellence and customer experience
• Enhance retail operation efficiency and image as to increase sales productivity

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder in any disciplines with minimum 10 years of solid experience in retail business management
• Solid track records in luxury retail industry at regional level
• Aggressive to lead the business and drive sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (and Chinese)
