Duties/Responsibilities:

• As a starting point for long term career prospect in management.
• Provide general administrative and secretarial support to top management, including  business meetings arrangement, minutes taking, follow up on action points from meetings etc.
• Ad-hoc projects as assigned by the management. 
• Coaching or direct guidance will be provided.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree holder in Business or related disciplines.
• 1-2 years’ working experience. Secretarial experience is an advantage but not a must.
• Excellent written and spoken English. Good command of Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese typing.
• Fast learner eager to learn, highly adaptable to changing needs or situations.
• Good attitude and inter-personal skills.
• Flexible, pleasant and proactive personality.
• Trustworthy with high level of integrity and ethical standard.
