Job Scope: 

Under the guidance of CEO and VP, Supplier Content & Client Service, establish and facilitate the process of :  

• Corporate three-year strategy plan
• Show and online strategy review
• Prepare CEO board and other presentations
• Assist planning of senior executive meetings
• Perform ad hoc analysis and activities

Main Duties and Responsibilities:  

• Build the company three-year strategic planning process from scratch, including design plan document template, create timeline, assign ownership.  Provide team training and coaching of the new process and template.  Enforce ownership and ensure on-time delivery of plan documents
• Build show and online strategy review process from scratch, including design plan document templates, create timeline, assign ownership.  Provide team training and coaching of the new process and template.  Enforce ownership and ensure on-time delivery of plan documents
• Prepare CEO board and other presentations
• Assist planning of senior executive meetings.  Follow up on action items
• Perform other ad hoc analysis and activities
• Will have access to highly confidential information

Requirements: 

• Degree holder 
• Two years of management consulting experience
• Oral and written communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good communicator and presenter
• Enjoy interacting with people
• Very well organized & excellent time-management skills
• Exceptional Power Point and Excel skills
• The ability to analyze and think critically & to influence without authority
• A self-starter with strong curiosity who is eager to learn
• Able to travel up to 10% of the time
• Experience working in management consulting firms and trade show companies an advantageous.
