Job Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of retail and wholesale growth and development in HK, China and Asian markets alignment with the Company’s strategic objectives.
• Lead the negotiation on rental, operations meetings and all business related meetings.
• Responsible for driving the company to achieve and surpass sales targets, profitability business goals and objectives.
• Work closely with various departments to implement the business requirements in accordance to corporate standards.
• Provide work supervision, clearly and directly communication channels to staff on performance expectations.
• Maintain a favorable working relationship with all staff to promote a cooperative and harmonious working environment in order to facilitate positive morale, staff retention and continuous improvement of the Company.
• Conduct the annual performance appraisal and salary review.

Job Requirements 

• Minimum Degree in Business or equivalent in related disciplines .
• Over 15 years of experience in managerial roles preferably in fashion, footwear and handbag retail operations.
• Creative business thinking and open-minded to the luxury fashion retail environment.
• Strong perseverance to achieve targets and results.
• Passionate in retail operations, willing and able to withstand retail hours and work on weekends and public holidays where necessary.
• Ability to work well under pressure, and meet critical deadlines.
• Strong leadership skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
