The incumbent is responsible for providing administrative and analysis support to the Retail Operations Department of Hong Kong.

The successful incumbent will be responsible for:

• Co-ordinate with retail shops and other departments to ensure that all policies and procedures are in line with the Global standard
• Prepare monthly sales and management reports and highlight areas of action
• Co-ordinate store projects such as new store openings and renovation including putting together any retail comments for submission to HQ
• Consolidate monthly business proposals from stores to achieve yearly targets and coordinate action plans and follow up
• Coordinate retail operations meetings and ad hoc meetings for Hong Kong with agenda and follow-up actions
• Coordinate with the store teams for action plans and follow-up to improve the quality of the CRM information
• Review and consolidate for the monthly local markets VIC activities v budgets

Requirements:

• Degree holder;
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience;
• Self-motivated, independent and mature;
• Detail orientated, well organized and multitasking;
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power Point;
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage;
• Strong communication skills and inter-personal skills;
• Flexible and able to work under pressure.
