Key roles and duties

• Plan and review full spectrum of quality policy associated product specification and customer requirement
• Provide technical supports on new product and facilitate new product standard setting
• Provide training to on-site staff so as to increase their awareness of food safety and quality standard
• Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
• Facilitate the resolution of potential food safety issues by reviewing work flow and layout
• Conduct product testing for stability of ingredient, shelf life, quality standard and sensory taste
• Developing and implementing Food Safety Management System
• Coordinate with other internal division to identify the requirement inspection plans and quality standards
• Evaluate and conduct audit on supplier performance in terms of production process, quality
• Ensure customer compliant and supplier issues are managed and resolved
• Prepare monthly reports and report to management team regularly
• Accomplish other tasks assigned by management

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Food Science or related discipline
• Minimum 7 years relevant experience for the QC/QA management in food industry. With fruits & veggie experience is an advantage
• Hands-on experience in HACCP, ISO22000 or other quality management system
• Able to work under pressure and independently
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Project management skills and problem skills are required
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
