Job Description
With over 12,000 employees, our client is a leading garment manufacturer and exporter with production bases in China and overseas, and now looking for high calibre candidate to join the company.
Job Description
- Require to lead QC/QA and Compliance Team to conduct quality control, quality assurance and factory compliance work
- Maintain and review QC/QA and compliance policies, procedures and practices for complying with all applicable laws, regulations and internal policies
- Effectively manage internal and external audits and drive timely follow-up on corrective action plan to all findings
- Maintain and implement quality system to ensure sufficient awareness of quality requirements
- Involve in all quality related documentation and records
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Quality Management, Textile and Garment, or related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in quality control, quality assurance/factory compliance and with about 3 years in garment manufacturing industry
- Solid experience in handling ISO documentation
- Organized, self-motivated and detail-minded
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Immediate availability is preferable
- Station overseas
