Responsibilities: 

• Execute quality policy to align evaluation and inspection standards between customers and factories.
• Oversee the quality operations of the factories in China and offshore.
• Handle customer enquiry, monitor sales and revenue, and participate in business development.
• Develop standards of excellence, continuous improvement, oversee and follow up quality.
• Identify, address, and eliminate discrepancies in order to ensure the products meet with the specified requirements and are delivered as scheduled.
• Keep all necessary metrics for tracking performance and effectiveness of all relevant QC teams.

Requirements:

• Polytechnic or above graduate in Textile or Apparel or Quality discipline; rich working experience in related industry also considered.
• Minimum 10 years relevant working experience, in which at least 5 years at managerial level. 
• Computer knowledge.
• Fluent in English / Chinese both oral and written.
• Industrial engineering / Quality management knowledge preferred.
• Well versed in apparel manufacturing process, quality control system, and total quality management approach.
• In depth technical, production and quality knowledge and experience.
• Preferably with solid multi-products experience, like sweaters, cut-and-sewn knit, woven, denim, home textile, and fashion accessories etc.
• Relevant experience in a USA, Canada, or European retail buying office / agency / or trading company with a manufacturing background.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Quality Controller.
