Responsibilities:

-          Lead team member through whole process from initial product development to production supervision

-          Lead technical and quality development to fulfill company requirement

-          Support team members in technical and quality compliance work

-          Provide comprehensive support to sourcing team for new product development.

-          Closely communicate with quality management and product management in headquarter for daily business in the team.

-          Collaborate with laboratories for routine quality compliance work

-          Provide guidance and collaborate with supplier for development and quality improvement.

-          Follow and feedback market complaint of quality issues

-          Review supplier’s factory audit report for approval

Requirements:

-          Degree holders in Quality Assurance Management / Industrial Engineering or equivalent

-          At least 8 years solid experience in SDA and consumer electronics quality management

-          Familiar with factory manufacturing and laboratory work flow

-          Able to work in dynamic and fast pace working environment

-          Strong intercultural communication and problem solving skills

-          Self-motivated, independent and a strong sense of responsibility

-          Very good command at English and Mandarin

-          Flexibility due to frequent factory and supplier visits
