Responsibilities:

• Keep records of activities engaged in distributing and returning materials to/from craftsmen & clients
• Coordinate work orders with craftsmen
• Responsible in quality control and gemstone inventory for jewellery production
• Maintain accurate inventory In & Out records
• Sort stones into different categories and qualities
• Perform ad hoc duty assigned by manager

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education
• Good command of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Proficiency in written Chinese and English
• Honest, attention to details, responsible and organized
• Knowledge of stones and CAD drafts is a plus
• Immediate available would be an asset
