Responsibilities

• Ensure the products meets the company's quality requirements.

• Oversee the quality assurance activities and maintaining the effectiveness of the system.
• Monitoring the daily operations of the department.
• Coordinating with different internal and external parties.
• Preparing different statistic / management reports as superior's requested.
• Carrying out the QMS of ISO standard.

Requirements

• Experienced in garment / textile field.

Production Director / Factory Manager (Up to 80K)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall factory performance and operations.
• Prepare factory budget
• Set and accomplish the production targets.
• maintaining productivity of the factory
• Ensuring quality of item meets the company's quality requirements.

Requirements

• Experience in garment industry or relative industry, with intimate / bras / sports wear experience will be a plus.
• Degree holder in related disciplines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill.
