Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To liaise and co-ordinate with global clients and our factory in a professional manner to ensure that the results of projects will lead to successful completion.
- As a coordinator to communicate with customers, internal engineer team and design team to ensure the product meeting customer requirements and solve the concern and problems
- Occasional on-site co-ordination and supervision is expected for the running of projects.
- To monitor and track production progress/status and ensure on time delivery of all projects and production.
- Ensure the products/goods meet the clients’ desired quality standards
- To do quality inspection before each shipment
- To perform other duties as required by GM
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Engineering or equivalent
- Good project management skills and negotiation skills and problem solving skills
- Well-organized, Hard working, highly responsible and able to work independently under minimum supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Excellent skills in computer literate such as MS words & Excel.
- Proficient in Solidworks is preferable
- May have to work under pressure and overtime
- Occasional travel to China is necessary. Potential business trip travel to overseas.
- Immediately available will be an advantage
