Key roles and duties:

• Responsible for monitoring the daily operation of production lines
• Review and produce production schedule each day
• Assist to create production report on a daily basis
• Confer with marketing and production managers to determine the need for new product
• Assist each R&D project from conceptualization to maturity
• Ascertain that appropriate involvement of different teams (process, packaging and regulatory) is made obvious
• To work closely with all Quality team to monitor, review, improve operational actions including staff training program, ISO22000 and HACCP implementation;
• To assist the ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Food Science or related
• At least 3 years related experience in Production field of food factory.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office & both Chinese and English typing
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Knowledge and experience in HACCP, ISO 22000 would be an advantage
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Production Officer
