Key roles and duties

• Plan and arrange manpower to ensure adequate resource is allocated for daily production
• Review the purchasing plan for direct & indirect material to ensure adequate material is ordered
• Improve the efficiency of the production line and achieve the daily output target
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure business target can be achieved properly
• Establish standard operation procedures for production lines to achieve quality standard
• Ensure hygiene standards and product quality and quantity are maintained
• Monitor the production cost and plan the usage of resources more effectively
• Maintain the safety and security of working environment
• Accomplish other tasks assigned by the management
  

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Food Science or related
• At least 6 years related experience in Production field of food factory.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office & both Chinese and English typing
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Knowledge and experience in HACCP, ISO 22000 would be an advantage
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Able to work under pressure and independently
• Strong sense of responsibility
