Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate with department of R&D, QA and PMC to ensure all related documents (e.g. recipes and labels) and materials (e.g. raw and packaging material) are ready in advance before scheduled production
• Draw up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each seasonal product to meet sales forecast and shipment schedule
• Plan and prepare production schedule for respective seasonal products
• Assist production team to plan sequence, tools and other resources of raw material manufacturing, assembly and packaging
• Ensure smooth and efficient operation. Expedite and alter schedule if there is unforeseen conditions
• Review regularly with the section supervisor to determine status of respective production schedule
• Develop regular production and inventory report to show production attainment

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in related disciplines
• 3 years of relevant experience in food factory will be an advantage
• Good analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in PC applications including Chinese word processing
• Working location : Tai Po Industrial Estate
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer, Production Control
