Responsibilities

• Implement QA process throughout the product lifecycle from new product development to production
• Implement QA prevention-based strategies that ensure the highest quality, international regulatory compliance, safety and performance of products at the lowest possible cost
• Develop product safety and reliability specifications
• Liaise with Team in design, development, and production to provide quality related parameters
• Conduct factory audits and evaluations and make sure all OEM sub-contractors and vendors meet international standards and customers' requirement
• Monitor cost and efficiencies of testing laboratories' services
• Determine root cause analysis of process and product issues. Implement CAPs

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering discipline
• Solid experience in Quality Assurance. Experience in PRC manufacturing environments preferred
• Excellent knowledge in US and international quality standards, toys and/or consumer products
• Strong ability in communicating effectively with customers worldwide, test labs, OEM sub-contractors and vendors on quality related issues
• Good command of English and Mandarin is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Frequent travel to PRC, around 1-2 days a week
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the post of Senior QA Engineer
