Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage technical/ consultation support to clients and coordinate with stakeholders regarding softlines laboratory testing
- Provide professional advice and guidance in testing perspectives to client and across global laboratories network
- Develop partnership with client and other stakeholder to smoothen the entire testing programs, procedures and processes
- Build effective relationships with clients & across variety of internal parties
- Examine and provide comments to technical documents including testing methods, manuals or protocols
- Review and approve technical updates of internal processes
- Prepare presentation material and provide technical training or presentation for internal or external usage
- Manage, explore and follow up internal technical investigation
- Prepare, analyze and present failure level of test results
- Handle specific project on request basis
- Less experience will be considered as Assistant Technical Manager
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Chemistry, Textile technology or related discipline
- At least 5 years of relevant working experiences for consumer products testing
- Sound textile knowledge and strong technical background is essential
- Good understanding of softlines safety rules and regulations
- Knowledge and experience with regulatory affairs is an advantages but not essential
- Able to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese including Mandarin
- Ability to build strong relationships with buyers and global laboratories
- Excellent communications, problem solving and time management skills
- Work Location: Client's office
