Responsible for the overall building maintenance services administration and supervising day-to-day maintenance works of the properties. Directing and supervising the contractors to carry out duties after liaising with relevant parties in a professional manner.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Building or Engineering related discipline
• Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker issued by EMSD will be an added advantage
• Minimum 3 years' of relevant experience, preferably gained from property developers, consultancy firms and/or property management companies
• Excellent knowledge in facility and maintenance works is a pre-requisite
• Experience in preparing technical specifications for the works and familiar with Government regulations
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese with necessary PC skills
• Responsible, self-motivated and must be able to work independently
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Technical Officer
