Requirements：

•         - 5 plus years in an engineering role with experience in product design (Mechanical).
•         -  Solid working knowledge of DFx (DFM, DFA) as well as quality tools and techniques with new product introduction.
•         -  Strong background on plastic mold injection, metal chassis stamping, extrusion and mechanical parts assembly.
•         -  Understanding on tolerance stack up analysis, mechanical requirements for electronic parts and components.
•         -  Able to work independently with minimum supervision, as well as in a team environment.
•         -  Familiar with computer software related to product designing. Excellent 3D and 2D skills. Proficient at PRO/E, CAD, SolidWorks etc.
•         -  Familiar with waterproof structures, able to design interchangeable parts without compromise to performance.
•         -  Preferred industry experience in consumer electronics, lighting, heavy duty equipment, IOT products.

                   -  Strong time management skills and comfortable working with stressful timelines                and  multiple projects.

                  -  Able to travel to home office in Shenzhen for meetings and business need.

•       -  Excellent oral and written communications skills (English is a must, working   knowledge of Mandarin).

Responsibilities:

•       -  New product design from concept design, prototyping to mass production.

                  -  Work alongside Industrial Designer to collaborate and present product                                   improvements.

                  -  Create efficient designs: problem solves chassis and part integration issues.

•         -  Responsible for manufacturing research and development to solve complex problems that have direct impact to final product cost, quality and delivery.
•         -  Compiles and evaluates test and measurement data to determine appropriate limits and variables for process or material specifications.
•         -  Design for Manufacturability : Provide early and on going manufacturing involvement to ensure new products are mechanically manufacturable.
•         -  Failure/Data Analysis.
•         -  Project management intensive.
