In this role, you have the opportunity to
Join the marketing team of Personal Health Commercial Organization while advancing your career in a dynamic, fast paced and multinational environment of Philips Hong Kong.
You are responsible for

Plan and implement impactful and result-driven integrated campaigns that leverage multiple capabilities along the consumer decision journey for building brand awareness and preference
-
Activate multiple digital capabilities and support digital transformation adoption to build comprehensive digital activation strategies, translating business metrics into digital KPIs, and using insights to build engaging digital content

Measure and conduct analysis on the performance of digital capabilities and marketing campaigns

Plan and implement high impact PR programs and events to increase the brand awareness

Develop CRM capabilities and activate campaigns to increase acquisition and engagement effectively

Optimize the product presence on media level, develop advertorial and joint promotion program with media, maintain media relationship

Define yearly budget and manage cost in the most optimal way to realize deliverables
You are a part of
Key professional talent under Personal Health marketing department, direct report to Head of Marketing, Personal Health of Philips Hong Kong.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

Bachelor degree or above, preferably major in Marketing or Digital Communications

Minimum 6 years solid experience in marketing communications and proven track record of managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms

Solid experience in web content management, implementation of search and social media platforms, analytic tools and CRM

Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation & organization skill

Excellent team player, self-motivated, responsible, detailed minded, with creative mindset, strategically and commercially minded digital marketer

Capable to handle multi-tasks in tight schedule and be able to work under pressure

Excellent command in English & Chinese (both written & oral), good command in Mandarin

Less experienced high potential applicants will be considered as Assistant Manager, Marketing Communications
