Our client is a leading regional conglomerate property developer with diversified portfolio in HK, Mainland and oversea. They are seeking for a Sales and Marketing officer in HK to manage their oversea development.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the sales & marketing team on idea brainstorming & elaborating
• Handle printed ad / online marketing platforms for brand awareness and recognition
• Assist in planning, building and executing Marketing campaigns
• Generate, edit, publish and share content that builds meaningful connections to agents / clients
• Perform clerical and administrative work (handling phone calls, organizing documents)
• Database management, Marketing Research & reporting

Requirements:

• Degree Holder or above in Marketing, Real Estate or related disciplines
• 2-6 years' working experience in residential property sales & marketing especially in. Property developer is highly preferred
• Outgoing and self-motivated with good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Mandarin is also essential.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
