Job Description

CLPe Solutions (formerly CLP Engineering Limited), incorporated in Hong Kong in 1985, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CLP Holdings Limited with extensive experience in providing total energy solution. The company undertakes a variety of services including energy management solutions, distributed energy as well as power engineering, infrastructure and facilities management.

We are looking for a high caliber professional to join our Energy Management Department as Senior Project Manager. Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the sales & marketing and project implementation teams to achieve targeted sales, deliver the works and explore new sales opportunities for smart solutions
  • Analyse and evaluate customer needs, develop solutions and take appropriate action to fulfill those needs, and explore new business opportunities and formulate corresponding sales activities to achieve sales target and maximize profitability
  • Provide detailed analysis on smart solution market and build market intelligence. Identify and develop new services or products to increase market shares
  • Identify operational barriers and modify sales strategies and project implementation plans to meet the dynamic business environment and minimize operational cost
  • Attend the promotion, provide support, guidance and motivate the sales and implementation teams in sales events and project work activities respectively
  • Attend meetings to report sales performance, project status, financial performance and new innovative services on a timely and accurate manner
  • Coordinate and motivate multi-functional task forces of engineers, account managers, innovation team, IT and others to support new products and services development. Provide timely feedback and market intelligence to other relevant teams for improvement
  • Ensure order fulfilment and project works are timely performed and competed in a professional manner, ensure seamless handover among sales and project implementation teams to maximize profit
  • Maintain and upkeep the operational process, procedures and standards for sales, promotion and project work activities. Conduct regular review for sales and project work process to strive for continuous improvement
  • Identify, manage and participate in exhibition and roadshow to promote product sales, concept and enhance the company image

Requirements

  • A recognized university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related disciplines with a minimum of 10 years’ working experience
  • Possession of professional corporate membership in Business, Marketing or Engineering Institution is required
  • Proven experience in managing multi-discipline projects with a minimum of 5 years’ track records
  • Experience of large scale on integration of software and hardware projects would be an added advantage
  • Solid proven track record on business development for new services or products
  • Good marketing experience in formulating marketing strategy and organizing sizable marketing events with solid track record on outreach events
  • Excellent knowledge in new smart solutions or products, telecommunication, software development, energy management practices and concepts
  • Excellent negotiation or influencing skills and experiences in effective Sales Contract Deals Closing
  • Excellent customer handling or networking skills and experiences to develop customer relationship up to senior management level
  • Excellent communications and presentation skills and experiences to deliver convincing presentation and communicate with clients through different communication channels in both verbal and written format
  • Good knowledge on safety, health, environmental and quality management. Experience on auditing works would be an added advantage
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
