Our 2-year management trainee program is designed for developing our future leaders and catered for your individual career development. Management Trainees in TAL Apparel receive great exposure across the whole supply chain and our business analytics, gaining valuable insights and knowledge about the company and the industry. With various classroom and on-the-job trainings, cross-functional projects and top management exposure opportunities, our management trainees are proven to be hugely successful in TAL Apparel.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for outstanding final-year undergraduates of all disciplines or graduates with less than 1 year of working experience and the following qualities:

• Curiosity and eagerness to learn
• Strong interest and passion to grow and excel in the apparel industry
• Strong interest in gaining international exposure
• Team player with leadership potential
• Self-motivation to drive for excellence
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt to changing environment
• Excellent command of English; Chinese is not mandatory
