What will you do?

• Handle end-to-end local or regional recruitment by matching talents to our recruitment brands
• Perform full spectrum of internal recruitment process includes sourcing of candidates, interviews assessments and on-boarding
• Conduct orientation/ training on a regular basis to ensure new joiners fit in our culture and equip them with recruitment skills
• Assist in payroll processing during month end and annual performance evaluation 
• Assist in HR projects/ functions, events and campus recruitment

What you need?

• Curiosity in people and strong influencing mindset
• Passionate, organized, target-driven with a positive attitude and is able to work under pressure
• Good people and inter-personal skills
• Excellent communication skills and fluent in English 
• Competence in Mandarin, Korean, Japanese is a plus
