Job Scope: -

• A holder of Degree/Higher Diploma in (Building Cost, QS, BS, CPM, FM, Civil, Structural) discipline;
• Member of the HKIS/ RICS/ MACostE;
• At least 5 years of related working experience either in Demolition, Foundation with Superstructure, Minor and Major Building and Structural (Additions & Alterations) Works, School Campus, Casino Hotelier, Hotelier, Department Store, Composite Office and Retails Building, Leisure & Entertainment Interior Fit-Out Works, Government and/or Quasi-Government Year-Term Contract Works, Building Operations Bright;

Job Requirements: -

• Self-motivated and can work independently;
• Work under pressure with multiple projects could be deliverables on time;
• Good PC knowledge in AutoCAD and MS Office;  
• Proficient command of spoken & written English and Chinese;
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
