Objectives & Scope: 

Provide professional services to visitors. Obtain comments from visitors for improving our visitor services. Help promoting Global Sources Exhibitions (GSE) events and products in order to attract visitors to attend and see our shows.  

Main Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Assist Marketing Manager with overall visitor services for all GSE events.
• Assist in supervising the in-house telemarketing team & visitor services team by managing projects and provide training to the staff.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls/emails including enquiry, complaints from visitors in a professional manner.
• Compile feedbacks from visitors and reflect special requirements to management.
• Liaise with partners, service providers and internal departments to execute various promotions campaigns so as to attract visitors and to provide positive visitor experience.
• Attend GSE events and provide excellent visitor services at on-site.
• Assist other visitor services and marketing activities as needed. 

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or other related discipline.
• At least 2 – 3 years’ relevant experience in marketing & customer service.
• Excellent communication and telemarketing skills.
• Mature, dynamic and self-discipline with positive attitude.
• A team player and a definite result-oriented person.
• Good inter-personal and negotiation skills.
• Can work independently and under pressure.
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Familiar with PC software (Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
