Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- WATCH manufacturer OEM & ODM
- Hong Kong : trading office
- Factory : Dongguan China
- Main market : European of middle price range watch brands
- We are looking for SALES MANAGER - with details as follows :
- Report to Director
- Lead a small sales team in HK office
- Formulate & implement sales & marketing strategies and action plans to grow the business
- Provide professional service to overseas customers, as well as develop new potential markets & customers
- Liaise with customers for all business activities, orders and delivery issues
- Is a Key Player to link up new product development to mass production
- Communicate with internal parties to ensure customer’s requests are fully adapted
- Ensure accurate and on-time production orders, order status reports and delivery time schedule, etc.
- Track and monitor production status and ensure on-time delivery
- Perform sales reviews and analysis
- Attend exhibitions and fairs in HK and overseas
- Handle all ad-hoc projects assigned by the management
- Tertiary education
- 8 to 10 years experience in watch business preferably watch manufacturers
- Solid experience in servicing US or European markets & watch brands
- Over 2 years managerial or supervisory level experience
- Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
- Occasionally travel to China factory when required, not frequent, not regular
- Lead, coach and train sales team
- Grow the business
- 5 days work
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
- Less managerial level experience will be considered for the post of Asst Sales Manager
