Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and supervising routine repair and maintenance works related to maintenance alteration and improvement of properties
• Co-ordinate with tenants / contractors to follow up repair and maintenance work
• Handle general clerical works such as preparing tender documents, data-entry and record keeping 

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Certificate in Building Surveying / Civil Engineering / Building Service Engineering or equivalent
• At least 1 year's practical working experience in builder works / building service
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Mature, independent and self-motivated
• Able to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software and Chinese word processing
