Job Description

Responsibilities

 

Overall Strategy

  • Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives

  • Managing all marketing execution for the company as well as  marketing activities & promotional campaigns, events from beginning to end ensuring they are completed on time

  • Establish good working relationship with agencies. Monitor the quality of their production and ensure the output will deliver the best result for the company’s marketing strategies

  • Work with internal team to develop and execute marketing and communications plans that drive engagement with all company channels

  • Collaborate with all internal team, external vendors and landlord to ensure consistency of the brand experience and messaging across all consumer focused communication (Digital, PR, consumer events, loyalty marketing and collateral pieces)

  • Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity

  • Pitching potential strategic partners for any marketing initiatives that align with the company

  • Assist in managing the setting up of seasonal pop-up stores

 

Digital

  • Assist in the formulation of digital marketing strategies covering all disciplines including Social Media, Website, Mobile, Content, eDM, etc. and execute the strategies effectively

  • Manage execution of company SEO/SEM strategy & Optimize SEM investment to achieve targeted results

  • Build and maintain a strong relationship with online media partners, bloggers, KOLs for maximizing the brand position and success for deployment as well as execution of digital related communications and campaign

  • Facilitate process of metadata tagging on all digital assets and facilitate the creation and publishing of Shopify site updates

 

Content

  • Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans

  • Oversee the operation and content management of the day-to-day social media and digital platforms

  • Support production and distribution of marketing materials and collateral

  • Manage and enhance company digital asset library

 

Analytics

  • Monitor and report on effectiveness of all marketing campaigns and communications channels

  • Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results

  • Optimize digital/ social presence and manage the execution of digital advertising. Coordinate and follow up the response, prepare reports and analysis for management review.

  • Leverage digital measurement tools to provide a digital dashboard of data and insights with a focus on improving metrics through testing and new initiatives

  • Conduct in-depth analysis on customer feedback to improve the overall digital experience

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, General Business or related discipline

  • 2 years plus of Digital Marketing or related experience

  • Good command in written Chinese & English

  • Digital savvy with keen interests in digital marketing, web design, mobile, web technologies and trends

  • Experience with Google Analytics, SEM and SEO and the SEO interconnection with website architecture and content

  • Good organization and project management skills with attention to details

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Responsible and efficient, outgoing, self-motivated, disciplined and can work independently

  • Ability to work on multiple projects effectively under tight deadlines and budget parameters

  • Dynamic, resourceful, multi-tasked and able to articulate business objectives in a compelling manner and rally others' support

  • Strong in communicating with people from different background and at all levels, both internally and externally

  • Strong analytical skills with comfort in sourcing and working with data in different platforms, combining to analyze performance results

  • Strong understanding of digital trends, best practices and engagement drivers
