Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement all marketing campaigns to achieve a business goal and strengthen brand awareness in conjunction with Operations Department;
• Manage and control the marketing plan and budget;
• Establish the network and collaborate with business partners and media to explore new promotion channels and joint promotion opportunities;
• Manage customer relationship management to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty;
• Monitor and liaise with design team, production houses, advertising and PR agencies to develop appropriate promotions;
• Evaluate and analyze marketing programs and promotional activities effectiveness for continuous improvement;
• Prepare press release and assist in handling enquiries from media;
• Conduct market research and prepare monthly reports for management review;
• Handle ad hoc projects assigned.

Requirements:

• University graduate in Marketing or business related disciplines;
• 4 years’ solid work experience in Marketing, preference will be given to those who are from F&B, retail or FMCG industry;
• Preferably with at least 2 years at supervisory / managerial level gained;
• Knowledge in print, TV, radio, outdoor media, online media placement & production;
• Proactive with good organizational and time management skills;
• Resourceful, self-motivated, multi-tasked and able to work under pressure;
• Able to work both independently and in a team with initiatives;
• Strong leadership and communication skills;
• Excellent command in written and spoken Chinese and English;
• Proficient in using MS Words, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Chinese Typing;
• Good command of written and spoken Japanese / Korean will be an advantage;
• Less experience will be considered as Marketing Officer.
