My client is a Chinese medicine products and services provider with a large number of outlets selling healthcare products and providing medical practitioner consultation. They are now looking to hire a Senior Operation Manager to mange their retail operations and maintain customer service level.

Job Descriptions

• Manage and oversee the operations of all clinics to maintain operational efficiency
• Formulate and monitor sales plan and activities to ensure the sales performance and maximise sales turnover;
• Revamp and propose new Standard Operation Procedure and ensure all compliance of operational processes and procedures for store operations
• Implement brand guidelines, VM directions and store policies in clinics operations to achieve productivity and profitability of the brand;
• Liaise with internal departments and contribute to the effective implementation of marketing activities and promotions at store level;
• Maintain Customer Service Levels and CRM program to maintain brand loyalty
• Lead and motivate store staff (i.e. mainly nurse and CMPs who do not have sales sense), to drive sales and achieve targets.  Monitor manpower planning, staff performance and discipline, make recommendations for improvement. Provide continuous coaching & training to ensure required standards of product knowledge, selling skills and customer services are achieved.
• Regularly monitor and analyze sales data to propose action plans and incentives to elevate business performance.  Prepare monthly and yearly clinics sales forecast and ensure business on track with sales targets; Research and report competitors’ information, strategies, activities and performance; recommend appropriate actions when necessary.
• Handle ad hoc projects such as new stores opening project.

Requirement

• Knowledge of clinics chains will be a plus, open to candidates with experience from beauty industry
• A proven track record in managing retail operations at a managerial level
• Effective people management skills: motivation, development and performance management
• Communicates effectively in Chinese and English
• Strong leadership and business acumen
