What we are looking for-

Seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Manager to develop and manage the marketing activities for ASTRUM Company. The candidate will work closely with the head of marketing to help meet short and long term goals.

The role is both exciting and challenging: a blend of content writing and digital marketing! We want someone who can think, who’s smart, and is a DOER.

Role & Responsibilities

• Creating and managing social media campaigns which will foster high engagement and impressions.

• High involvement in SEO efforts. Be it keyword or image optimization

• Collaborate with designers to create attractive digital content.

• Write content for the website and various social media accounts such as Facebook and twitter.

• Being updated with online marketing trends and implementing them.

• Overseeing Social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, You tube and other platforms as per the strategy) monitoring engagements and building member relations with social media channels.

• Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion.

• Create online banner adverts and oversee pay per click (PPC) ad management

• Perform day to day digital marketing activities including social media, email marketing, content creation, and promotion. Essentially, you will be responsible to grow our distribution channels and brand awareness. 

• Maintaining & Optimizing Ad Campaign on Facebook, Google & other Ads Partner (Ad Creation/Monitoring/Analysis)

• Analyze & provide daily, weekly & monthly Digital Marketing & Sales Reports with Sanity metrics.

   

   

   

  Requirements-

• Should have thorough understanding of google AdWords, google analytics, Facebook and other social media marketing dashboards.

• Superior written and verbal communication skills with attention-to-detail.

• Skill and experience in creative content writing.

• Experience in SEO, SEM and website optimization.

• Analytical skills to measure the impact of digital marketing campaigns on the company revenue and business objective.

• Working Knowledge of Paid Marketing Panels.

• Minimum 2-3 years of International Digital Marketing Experience is a must.

• Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English is must

• Hong Kong Permanent ID Holders.
