My client is a luxury car dealer in Hong Kong and Macau. They are now looking for a talented Marketing Manager to manage and run a wide range of marketing and VIP programs to strengthen the relationship with customers and acquire new customers and engagement in Hong Kong and Macau markets

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop business plan with strategies on brand building to acquire new customers and engagement
• Work closely with retail and CRM team to develop events/campaigns for VIPs which drive targeted sales and top of mind awareness of the brand image, and to ensure successful implementation
• Cultivate relationships with press, media and potential marketing partners, as well as explore new partnerships, marketing avenues, and target markets
• Consolidation of reports and Manage the A&P budget optimally and efficiently
• Conduct business analysis to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaign
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Communication, Business or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of solid working experience in marketing in the similar capacity, hands-on events marketing experience is a must, preferably in luxury goods industry
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Experience in marketing strategy on customer acquisition and engagement
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and attentive to details
• Creative, passionate and excellent in problem solving skills with positive attitude
• Strong organizational, time management, ability to multi-task, work well under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to respond to change in pace and priority
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
