Job Description
We are a Leading Health Food (Vegan, Plant-based and Organic food) importer with its own retail outlet, restaurant and Central kitchen, F&B company and they are looking for a Marketing Executive to join their growing team in Hong Kong.
Job Purpose:
This position is responsible for the development, implementation and execution of marketing strategy and activities for the company. To enhance the brand position, increase acquisition and improve retention in line with business objectives and brand values.
Responsibilities:
Managing all marketing activities for the company, including online and offline.
Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
Setting and overseeing the company’s marketing budget.
Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.
Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.
Working closely with design agencies/ creative team and assisting with new product launches.
Maintain effective internal communications and work closely with the Group
Executive Chef to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing. (Deliveroo, Food Panda, Plum etc)
Review and analyze sales performances against marketing plans to determine effectiveness of programs.
Requirements:
4-6 years of 360 marketing experience
Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
Excellent communication skills
Ability to think creatively and innovatively
Budget-management skills and proficiency
Professional judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field
Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
