Our client is a leading real estate property developer, they are publicly listed and headquartered in Hong Kong & now is looking for an experienced Corporate Affairs/Marketing Manager stationed in China Chongqing for theirs marketing activities. Staff size is around 300, including one shopping mall and a GRADE A office building.

Responsibilities:

• Make use ofdifferent promotional tools and channels to establish  and maintain good relationship with client and public
• Strengthen company public relationship and image
• Maximize company brand value
• Budget Management
• Media/Press Relations
• Crisis Management
• Advertisement plan
• Planning and implement promotion activities
• Formulate sales business advertising and strategy
• Plan and executive member mall promotion activities

Requirement：

• University graduate in Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines;
• Strong in PRC social media, marketing & promotion including WeChat, Weibo, and etc…..
• Good taste with strong marketing sense
• Pro-active, initiative with good analytical ability;
• Good written and spoken in English and Mandarin
• Able to supervise the local team
• Familiar with all kinds of office software（Word，Excel， Photoshop，PowerPoint）
• 8 years or above property relationship Marketing and Promotion experience, With rich media resources experience in handling large shopping mall project
