Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Manager with coordination of all event logistics 
• Liaise with clients, vendors, coordinate with internal project team for effectively planning, organizing, executing and delivering various projects professionally on time and within budget
• Handle logistics, co-ordination, monitoring of work progress, time management, budgetary control, assessment of outcomes, result evaluation and reporting
• Work closely with programmer and designer to ensure service standard meets client’s requirement
• Provide full administrative and secretarial support
• Undertake ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned
• Travel occasionally (PRC or overseas)

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above, preferably major in Marketing/ Event Management/ Business/ Communications or related disciplines
• Prior event planning experience preferred. Less experience or fresh graduates will be considered the position as Assistant Project Executive
• Ability to work in high pressure situations and on tight deadlines 
• Attention to details, willing to learn and work independently
• Be a good team player with strong presentation, interpersonal, organizing and communication skills
• Keen interest in Exhibition & Event industry
• Familiar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Knowledge with AI & Photoshop a plus
• Immediate available will be advantageous
